1. Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, returns are not accepted unless the product delivered is damaged or def.
  • Any issues with the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

2. Refund Process

  • If the claim is verified, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method 7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are opened or partially consumed are not eligible for refunds.
  • Returns and refunds are not available for items that are not defective or damaged.
